Tanzania Trade Centre in collaboration with African Rainbow consulting, organised an Investment Breakfast Briefing which took place at Tanzania House in London on the early morning of 27 May 2010.

A group of more than 30 selected business people were invited, and since were keen to explore the opportunities existing in Tanzania responded positively and participated in briefing.

It was a short programme of one hour but was an opportunity which was positively exploited.

First to listen to testimonials of two investors who have invested and have their operations in Tanzania on the current business environment, and secondly the political will of assurances of the Tanzanian Government which was delivered by the High Commissioner, Mrs Mwanaidi Sinare Maajar in her welcome remarks and lastly on the available opportunities for investment and other businesses which were presented by the Director of the Trade Centre Mr. Yusuf Kashangwa. At the end there was a question and answer session followed by a brief networking moment.

Within a short span of time the event was highly successful to the satisfaction of the business guests who also enjoyed Tanzanian hospitality by having their breakfast at the majestic Tanzania House before departing to their respective daily business chores.
