The Centre is a Member of a number of business associations and charity organizations aimed at promoting Tanzania in economic interests. Tanzania Trade Centre is a member of London Chamber of Commerce, Tanzania- UK Business Group and Britain Tanzania Society.

Also The Centre has a good working relationship with UK’s department of Trade and Investment, DFID and CBC.

The Tanzania Trade Centre represents Tanzania in meetings and events of International Organisations with headquarters’ in London, which includes the international Coffee Organisation (ICO), International Marine Organisation (IMO), International Mobile Satellite Organisation (INMARSAT), CAB International, London Sisal Association, Association of Coffee Producing countries (ACPC) etc

It participates in meetings, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs, and other events of commercial an economic significance to Tanzania held in the United Kingdom and assumes full responsibility for representing Tanzania where no delegates travel from Tanzania.
